Please give us 2-5 business days to prepare and ship out your order, unless notified otherwise.
If you have received your box and notice your order has not been fulfilled properly, please snap a photo of the products included in your package with all of its contents spread out next to it. Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can see how to address the situation.

When your order is shipped, we will also be sending you an email with the tracking number. Please contact your specific shipping carrier for further instructions should your package goes missing or is damaged en route. Once your package has been shipped out, it is out of our control and will not be held responsible.
Returned To Sender
If your package has been returned to sender (us), we will contact you! The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. No refunds will be given.
