Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been dropped off at a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL), we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.
Please inspect your package within 24 hours of arrival to ensure you have received all of your items and to ensure nothing is defective.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Just like humans who may not respond well to certain foods consumed, our dogs and cats may have the same reaction. We suggest you pass along the treats to another dog/cat or if you're not comfortable with that, throw them away.
What happens if my order is defective?
If you receive a defective item (excludes physical damages to your package), please take a photo or video and contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can assess the situation. Please email us at email@example.com details and photos of the product defect. We will respond within 4-5 business days.
What if I'm missing an item?
If you are missing an item please let us know within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue! Take a photo of your contents laid out with packaging and send us an email with your name and order number!
